After a couple of years of renting out extra couches and spare rooms, we (Alex and Nadim) started Haltan Properties in 2016. We started this company because we wanted to become the property managers that we were looking for. Starting with a modern approach that focuses on owners and gives guests the best experience, we were able to expand our company to three different states and over 100 listings. We pride ourselves on helping people make simple, safe, and smart real estate decisions. Owning a vacation home should be affordable. We make it so.

Meet The Team
Alex Haler
I'm Alex, one of the co-founders of High Rocky Homes. Being in the mountains has been incredibly impactful for me, so working to give more people access to the mountains with High Rocky Homes has been an incredible experience for me. I spend most of my days working on business development, talking with owners and investors and making sure that we're constantly elevating the guest experience. When I'm not working, I'm trail running with my wife and 2 dogs, skiing or exploring Colorado.
Nadim Tannous
I'm Nadim Tannous, one of the co-founders of Haltan Properties (High Rocky Homes/ High Desert Homes). One of my biggest passions in life is hosting people and ensuring they have a great time away from their day to day lives, whether it's personal for dinners and weekend getaways with friends, or for work. I have a passion for languages/ cultures and you can often find me conversing with guests who are visiting from all over the world. When I'm not working on our business, you can find me outside playing sports, whether that's rock climbing, tennis, or just on a hike.
Sabrina Colella
I am Sabrina the Director of Operations and my role is to provide organization to our processes and streamline the day to day operations. In addition to making sure our guests have an exceptional customer experience. In my free time you can find me with my husband and our two french bulldogs Guido and Baxter. I enjoy healthy cooking, traveling, golfing and drinking vanilla lattes.
Caitlin Haler
I’m Caitlin, I am a property manager in Leadville. I spend my most of my time helping take care of the day to day ground operations. I also help guests with any questions or needs they have. I love hiking and trail running, which is why I love living in Leadville!
